BDE (Business Development Executive)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the building materials or architectural acoustics industry.

• Build and manage relationships with key contacts in the assigned region, including engineers, architects, acoustical consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Manage major projects in the region requiring acoustical design solutions or competitors' products in commercial and other building types.
• Explore and close new business opportunities by developing project-specific strategies incorporating own products.
• Contribute creatively to new product development and other business areas.
• Oversee and analyze day-to-day sales, margin, and customer relationship management for the assigned region.
• Understand the assigned region and customers personally to achieve dominant market share.
• Schedule regular customer-facing meetings within the assigned region to increase market share and maintain solid partnerships.
• Perform other duties as desired per operational needs.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering ideally but not a must.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Go-getter and results-oriented with strong drive to make things happen and tackle demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and professionalism.
• Courage to challenge and ability to adjust to rapidly changing business environments; insightful and good at independent thinking.
• Experience in product development and project-specific strategy development is preferred.
• Candidate should be male.
