Portfolio -M Level Professional

The role involves running the portfolio in close coordination with the Onsite and Offshore Leaders.

The person should have good eye for detail, be hands-on, should have excellent financial capability and be highly energetic.

Must be effective in communication as the role involves high visibility with senior leaders across the organization.

The role will involve grooming the person to take up account management responsibilities.

The associate will join the COO organization and helping in key functional areas including:

Strategic Operations

• 1. Involvement in BU level strategy on current year and 5-year business plans
  2. Own budgeting for the Business unit including Top-line and bottom-line targets
  3. Monitor operational metrics including Revenue forecasting, Margin achievements, SG&A performance
  4. Plan for talent supply chain for the business unit including hiring and cross training

Risk and Resilience Management

• 1. Own end-to-end responsibility for planning for risks right from proposal stage to delivery
  2. Work closely with client partner, sales manager, and delivery partner to highlight risks and work on closures

Pricing

• 1. Review deal pricing, be gate keeper to approve deals
  2. Compare bid vs. did performance and devise strategies for improvement
  3. Analytical modelling for new deal constructs
