Job Description
Roles Responsibilities:
- Must have hands-on experience in EdgeCAM toolpath generation for 3, 4 5 axis machines, preferably for aerospace structural components. Must have experience in NC Simul verification error rectification.
- Demonstrate knowledge of 5-axis machines and their post-processors, such as Mazak I700, CV500, VTC 800, etc.
- Experience in NC Setup planning Fixture design is preferred, Experience in NC process optimization cycle time reduction is preferred, Should have awareness of cutting tools, holders, and machining parameters.
- Should read interpret engineering drawings Condition of supply data, knowledge of CAD Modeling Drafting is preferred. Should have Effective communication and soft skills
