Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in warehouse processes, logistics execution, and integration with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP EWM processes and functionalities.
- Analyze business requirements and design EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
- Implement and support:
- Inbound Processing
- Outbound Processing
- Internal Warehouse Movements
- Putaway & Picking Strategies
- Physical Inventory
- Cross-Docking
- Replenishment Processes
- Wave Management
- Yard Management (preferred)
- Configure warehouse structure including storage types, storage sections, bins, and activity areas.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams.
- Conduct system testing, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.
- Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support integrations with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM modules.
- Create process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM.

- Warehouse Structure Configuration

- RF Framework Configuration
- Physical Inventory Processes
- Wave Management
- Replenishment
- Slotting and Rearrangement
- Labor Management (preferred)
- Experience with Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain business processes.
- Experience in support, implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex warehouse process issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
