Senior Product Specialist

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive new product introduction and product launch activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Track product development milestones and project timelines.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and identify new product opportunities.
• Support product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle management activities.
• Analyze product performance, pricing, and profitability.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions to meet business objectives.
• Support go-to-market activities and product growth initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, NPI/NPD, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Automotive, Aftermarket, Manufacturing, Industrial, or OEM domain preferred.
• Knowledge of PLM, Product Portfolio Management, Pricing, Market Analysis, and Product Launch processes.
