Supply Planner

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Translate demand plans into supply and inventory plans.
• Manage purchase orders and supplier coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Work on SAP MRP and Material Master Data maintenance.
• Track vendor performance and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Analyze inventory reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, marketing, and warehouse teams.
• Support new product introductions and supply planning activities.
• Prepare reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, or Inventory Planning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MRP.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Procurement processes.
• Excellent Excel skills including Pivot Tables and reporting.
• Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
