MGR - Liaison & CSR

Roles and Responsibility/ Duties to be performed:-

• Liaisoning
• Develop and maintain cordial relationships with Government Departments, District Administration, Police Authorities, Revenue Authorities, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Department, MIDC, Gram Panchayats, and other statutory authorities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with surrounding villages and community leaders.
• Address community grievances through structured engagement.
• Organize awareness programmes and community development initiatives.
• Handle external stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
• CSR Activities.
• Prepare annual CSR plans and budgets.
• Identify and implement CSR projects aligned with the Company's CSR Policy.
• Coordinate with Government agencies, educational institutions, and local communities.
• Monitor project execution and measure outcomes.
• Maintain CSR documentation and statutory records.
• Prepare reports for CSR Committee, Head of Plant.
