Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 9 to 12 years of experience to lead our CSR and Sports Programs in New Delhi, Delhi, and Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports development, community engagement, and program management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement sports and youth development programs supported through CSR partnerships.
- Develop community-based sports models, school-level sports initiatives, and youth engagement programs.
- Support the development of program frameworks, implementation plans, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure effective on-ground program execution and coordination.
- Coordinate with CSR teams and philanthropic partners to design sports-focused CSR initiatives.
- Align sports programs with youth development, health, education, and community engagement goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of on-ground experience in sports development programs, youth engagement initiatives, community sports programs, or school grassroots sports initiatives.
- Experience working with CSR programs or non-profits is preferred.
- Possess strong skills in program management, field coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and documentation.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the sports for development ecosystem and the ability to work effectively in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
