Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing automation specialist who will be responsible for driving different campaigns like Drip campaigns, Email/SMS campaigns and Push channel campaigns, etc, and must have in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, marketing automation, channel metrics, and analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the execution of marketing campaigns from beginning to end from daily design/development to audience building, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
- Assist in the execution/updates for the triggered email program, make recommendations for additional triggers, and customer journeys.
- Create end to end flow for drip campaigns.
- Grow email subscriber list organically.
- Measure results and optimize the marketing process.
- 4+ years of experience optimizing email marketing and re-engagement campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and trigger logic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret numerous key performance indicators (Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Mix-panel, and Demo preferred).
- Moderate HTML coding ability related to email programming and template building.
- Familiarity with connected content calls, APIs, and SDKs.
- Experience managing SMS and push notifications preferred.
- Must have experience in marketing automation tools (eg Active campaign, Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc).
