Job Description
- Operate event driven, multi channel automation Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, In App, Content Cards < LI>
- Develop HTML CSS emails mobile responsive, dark mode compatible < LI>
- Design advanced segmentation using custom events, attributes, and Braze Query Builder SQL < LI>
- Perform data operations inside Braze via webhooks and User Update steps < LI>
- Own channel configuration & QA rendering, fallbacks, localization, delivery diagnostics < LI>
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, journey standards, tagging & naming guidelines < LI>
- Provide Level 1 operational support & troubleshooting < LI>
- Required Profile < LI>
- Braze Expert Architect level certification Level 4 or equivalent < LI>
- 3 5+ years in Marketing Automation CRM Lifecycle Operations < LI>
- 3+ years owning Braze as a platform, not just campaigns < LI>
- Strong hands on experience with HTML, CSS, Liquid templating, APIs, webhooks, JSON < LI>
- Experience in regulated or high scale environments fintech payments strongly preferred \ < LI>
