Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

SQL Query Writing & Database Troubleshooting
Linux/Unix Commands & Administration
L2/L3 Application/Production Support
Incident & Service Request Management
Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting
Ticketing Tools & ITIL Processes
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 production and application support while ensuring SLA adherence.
• Troubleshoot SQL database, Linux server, and application-related issues.
• Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Monitor application health and system performance to ensure high availability.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
• Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures.
Preferred:
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
Exposure to monitoring tools and ITIL framework.
