Level L2 Support preferably in 4-10 years range; Good knowledge in Software Engineering and concepts, SDLC and ITSM processes knowledge, Hands-on coding, debugging skills and good communication Skills.
Tech Skills:
- Any object oriented programming experience (Java or C++ or Python, etc)
- Unix / Linux commands and scripting experience
- SQL QUERYING, Stored procedures coding & debugging experience, Erase / Cursors
