Job Description
- Provide L2 production/application support for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recurring production problems.
- Monitor application health, logs, and system performance.
- Debug Java applications to identify code-level and configuration-related issues.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with L3/Development teams for code fixes and deployments.
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
- Support production releases, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring.
- Create and maintain support documentation, KB articles, and SOPs.
