Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead overall HR operations, including policies, SOPs, time & performance management, resource utilization, recruitment, compensation management, payroll, training & certifications, compliances & legal, employee engagement, health & safety, and HR metrics & reporting.

The role requires daily collaboration with accounts, marketing & sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth HR operations and organizational integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall HR operations, including:
    • HR policies
    • SOPs
    • Time & performance management
    • Resource utilization
    • Compensation management
    • Payroll
    • Training & certifications
    • Compliances & legal
    • Employee engagement
    • Health & safety
    • HR metrics & reporting

  • Daily collaboration with accounts, marketing & sales, and delivery teams on various HR operations and organizational integration.
  • Liaison with labour offices and manage various statutory compliances.
  • Ensure efficient HR operations using HR software and tools.

Required Skills
  • Well versed with HR software & tools like:
    • MS Office
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • SAP S/4HANA
    • Any HRMS software

  • Experience in leading 200+ employees with monthly payroll processing of INR 2 Cr+.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
