Role & responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch roles across Karnataka & WB to meet aggressive business targets.
* HRBP: Act as the primary HR contact for branch employees, handling grievances, performance management, and engagement.
* Mobility: Travel to various branches across the state for employee connects and hiring drives.
* Compliance: Ensure all HR processes align with BFSI regulatory standards and company policy.
Preferred candidate profile
* Experience: 6 - 10 years in a combined TA and HRBP role.
* Domain: Must have experience in BFSI /Mortgages(Mandatory)
* Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Logistics: Must be comfortable with travel and a full-time WFO setup.
NB : Candidates from Bangalore only are preferred.
