Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice and Chat support.
- Resolve concerns related to food orders, payments, cancellations, refunds, and deliveries.
- Provide prompt, professional, and customer-focused service.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates with any of the following regional languages will have an added advantage:
- Bengali
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Marathi
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 24,000 CTC per month
- Experienced: 27,000 CTC per month
- PF Deduction: 3,600 per month
