Customer Care Executive

We are currently hiring experienced professionals with 2-4 years of experience for a Contact Center / Customer Service role in Bangalore. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries across multiple products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution
• Take ownership of customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams
• Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and operational excellence
• Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills required
• Focus on achieving KPIs and delivering first-contact resolution wherever possible
• Immediate joiners preferred
