Team Leader Operations

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Operations to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Manage and supervise a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in an international BPO setting.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience management and service operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with advanced support technologies and processes.
