Team Leader- Operations|Domestic

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in the sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO or Call Centre industry.

• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in Operations, preferably in an Domestic setting.
• Strong knowledge of BPO/Call Centre operations and management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
