Team Leader - Operations

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in the International sector. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience and be based in TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED.

• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in an international BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with performance management tools and software.
