Talent Management Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs), KRAs, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Oversee the entire employee appraisal process, ensuring timely and fair evaluations.
• Monitor and manage talent budgets, including training, development, and succession planning.
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance and support on employee engagement initiatives, talent retention, and workforce planning.
• Analyse talent metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, labour laws, and organizational policies related to talent management.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and talent reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Having 5+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to performance management systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of performance management best practices and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead change and influence organizational culture.
