Location: Chennai & Hyderabad
Shift Timing: UK Shift 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Experience Required: 10 - 16 Years
Industry Preference: ITES / BPO / Healthcare RCM
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic HR professional to lead both HR Business Partnering and Site HR Operations for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate should possess strong business partnering capabilities along with hands-on expertise in statutory compliance, labour laws, vendor compliance, and factory-related HR operations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong people management capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders across North and South regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnership
- Partner with Business Unit Heads and Leadership Teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on change management, organizational restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to support strategic decision-making.
2. Site HR & Labour Compliance Management
- Handle end-to-end Site HR operations with strong focus on labour and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, factories law, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage monthly statutory filings and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with Labour Department officials and represent the organization during labour office visits and inspections.
- Oversee vendor compliance management, audits, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Compensation & Benefits GMs and HR teams across North and South regions for compliance alignment and governance.
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members and HRBPs.
- Drive accountability, performance excellence, and capability enhancement within the HR team.
- Build a collaborative and high-performing HR culture.
4. Employee Lifecycle & Employee Relations
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exits.
- Handle complex employee relations matters with maturity, fairness, and objectivity.
- Drive retention, employee engagement, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless employee experience and HR service delivery across functions.
5. Performance Management & Talent Development
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Partner with leadership teams on talent reviews and high-potential employee identification.
- Identify skill gaps and support Learning & Development initiatives.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Own HR dashboards, MIS, compliance trackers, and business reports.
- Analyze key HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and engagement trends.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
7. Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Drive culture-building activities aligned with organizational values.
- Promote inclusion, collaboration, and employee morale initiatives.
8. Process Excellence & HR Operations
- Continuously improve HR processes for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure standardization of HR practices and governance across the site.
- Partner effectively with COEs including Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance teams.

Required Skills & Competencies
Business & Strategic Acumen
- Strong understanding of business operations and HR strategy alignment.

Labour Law & Compliance Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Factories Act, labour laws, statutory compliance, and vendor governance.
- Experience handling labour office interactions, audits, and statutory inspections.
Leadership & Team Management
- Proven experience in handling and developing HR teams.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical & Data-Driven Approach
- Expertise in HR dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from HR data and metrics.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
