Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for IT staffing and permanent placement services.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Analyze metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving targets in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the Indian IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required by clients.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
