Job Summary

IT Recruitment Team Lead will be responsible for leading the IT talent acquisition team, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top technical talent. The role involves strategy development, stakeholder management, team leadership, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  
• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
  
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for niche and high-demand IT roles.
  
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
  
• Maintain and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools.
  
• Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  
• Coordinate with HR and leadership for workforce planning.
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
  
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.
  
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources
  
• 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
  
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team
