Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of recruiters to source, screen, and select top talent for various IT roles within the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and candidates to identify potential hires.
• Conduct headhunting exercises to poach key employees from competitors or other companies in the same domain.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in recruitment management or consulting with expertise in talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of success in headhunting and poaching high-performing candidates.
• Strong understanding of industry mapping and knowledge of current trends in the IT sector.
• Excellent team management skills with ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
