Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete in-house recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal openings.
• Use various sourcing methods including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and databases.
• Maintain and update the internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interviewers.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to promote a strong internal recruitment brand.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Generate recruitment-related reports and analytics as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in-house or in a staffing/recruiting environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or recruitment CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelors/MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
