Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary: (Immediate Joiners only who can start from 1st August 2026)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 35 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles and a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management. Experience in hiring ServiceNow professionals will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and business priorities.
• Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical competencies, cultural fit, communication skills, and role suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
