ServiceNow ITSM Developer Integrations

Experience: 6 8 yrs total; 6+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow. 5+ yrs of experience in third-party integrations. Proficient in JavaScript and web development technologies. Hands-on with ServiceNow APIs and platform configuration. Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS. Configure and maintain platform elements like workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and policies. Build and support third-party integrations using ServiceNow APIs. Write test scripts for integrations. Configure notifications, SLAs, workflows, users, groups, and more. Follow development best practices and ensure compliance with standards. We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong integration experience to build, configure, and maintain ITSM solutions across the platform.
