Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and maintain HR workflows and automations on the ServiceNow platform
- The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR service delivery, robust integrations, and adherence to best practices
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain HRSD workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and business rules Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Customize and enhance HR modules to meet evolving business requirements Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and high-quality deliverables Required Skills: ServiceNow HRSD, JavaScript, Client/Server Scripts, Workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, ITSM, Agile, Problem-solving & Analytical Skills Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development, with strong focus on HRSD Proven track record of delivering scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow solutions
