Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow DevOps developer. A person should have excellent analytical, problem solving and developer skills with exceptional verbal and written communication.


Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to develop and implement different ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements.
Creation/implementation/modification of ServiceNow ITSM/CSM components
Maintain technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and UI Policies/Client Scripts.
Scripting (JavaScript) for different modules for writing Rules, Updating/creating workflows, APIs etc
Excellent problem solving skills & provide the solution for day to day issues
Provide application support as a part of operations team
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues (e.g., failed workflows, UI errors) along with supporting different application modules. Act as the Tier 2/Tier 3 support for end users
Oversee daily operations including user management, access control, role configurations, and group administration.

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.
3+ years experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
2+ years of experience in supporting ITSM/CSM modules.
Experience with integrations, platform configuration, design, and deployment
ServiceNow Certifications a plus
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the communication appropriately to the intended audience
Excellent active listening skills
Capable of dealing with and managing conflict
Able to work effectively in an environment with many competing and high priority demands


Preferred Requirements
ServiceNow CSA
Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus
