ServiceNow HRSD Developer (with Portal Experience)

• Develop using UI Policies, Business Rules, Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, Flows, and Workflows.
• Customize Agent Workspace using UI Builder.
• Design dashboards, PA widgets, reports, indicators, and data sources.
• Work with scoped applications and cross-scope privileges.
• Develop and configure Virtual Agents and Agent Chat.
• Customize and troubleshoot Portal Widgets, including Employee Center Pro.
• Lead knowledge management configuration and customization.
• Handle integration configurations including REST APIs and Integration Hub (e.g., SharePoint Spokes).
• Configure, develop, and maintain HRSD and Portal features in ServiceNow, including Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, and integrations.
