Job Description: Senior SAP PP-PI Consultant (6+ Years)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP-PI Consultant with 6+ years of expertise in Production Planning for Process Industries. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and integration of SAP PP-PI solutions within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP-PI implementation and rollout projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize:
• Master Recipes
• Process Orders
• Production Versions
• Resources
• Batch Management
• MRP and Capacity Planning
• Design and support end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with business users to improve production planning and execution processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Support integration with:
• MM
• QM
• SD
• EWM/WM
• PM
• Execute SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
• Provide production support and resolve critical incidents.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate offshore/onsite teams.
• Participate in S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

Functional Expertise

• 6+ years of SAP PP-PI consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Process Manufacturing

• MRP Live
• Batch Management
• Production Execution
• Capacity Planning
• Process Instructions and PI Sheets
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI.
• Understanding of make-to-stock and make-to-order scenarios.
• Experience with batch determination and batch traceability.

Integration Knowledge

• SAP MM
• SAP QM
• SAP SD
• SAP PM
• SAP EWM/WM

Project Experience

• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in support, enhancement, rollout, and migration projects.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• SAP PP or S/4HANA Manufacturing certification preferred.
