The Time Management Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration and delivery of the SuccessFactors Time Management workstream. Working as part of an offshore delivery team under Lead Consultant oversight, the consultant owns Time Off configuration, Time Tracking, Consolidated Time Recording (CTR), Time Valuation rules, Overtime configuration and the integration between SuccessFactors and external workforce management systems such as UKG Pro or Kronos.
This is a hands-on configuration and delivery role. The consultant must be able to advise on and configure both positive and negative time management models, design CTR to aggregate all time data correctly before it reaches payroll, and ensure that Time Valuation rules produce the correct wage type outputs for every category of time entry. Advisory experience without direct configuration capability does not meet the requirements of this role.
The consultant is also responsible for configuring the integration between SuccessFactors and external workforce management systems, and for building Story Reports that give HR, management and payroll teams visibility of absence balances, accrual positions, overtime exceptions and timesheet status.

Experience
- Minimum 8 years SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Management functional consultancy experience across process design, configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, E2E), trial data migration and deployment
- Referenced experience of leading at least 5 successful SuccessFactors EC TM implementations full lifecycle including trial data migration validation and reconciliations.
- Experience in implementing innovative, robust and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors EC TM solutions.
- Experience of successfully deploying SuccessFactors EC TM and migrating from ECC HCM to EC TM in large complex critical infrastructure operations including public sector.
- Experience of implementations covering mixed workforces where some populations are on positive time management and others are on negative time management.
- Strong, hands-on design, configuration, test and technical skills in SuccessFactors EC TM. This includes but is not limited to Timesheet configuration, Time Off configuration, Overtime rules, Timesheet & ECP integration, Automatic break deduction, Pay type generation rules.
- Experience configuring Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) – attendance, overtime, absences, breaks, allowances and imported time entries from external systems.
- Experience configuring Time Valuation rules for all time input types: regular hours, overtime, shift premiums, absence valuation and imported time from external workforce management systems.
- Intimate knowledge of complex EC & TM integration to KRONOS and or UKG PRO is required to be successful in this role.
