Sap Tm Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions to meet client requirements.
• Business Process Expertise: Provide functional and business process expertise, including assessment of client business problems and conducting analysis to solve them.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)and SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Testing and Support: Prepare functional specifications, test development objects, track defects, and fix issues.
• Master Data Management: Manage master data related to products, business partners, dangerous goods, transportation networks, and resources.
• Order Management: Integrate order management with SAP TM, including planning profiles, conditions, optimizer planning, schedules, and freight execution.
• Freight Management: Handle freight settlement, cost distribution, and charge management.

Skills and Attributes:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to write test cases and assist in UAT sessions.
• Experience: Experience with SAP TM, including CIF-Integration Models, Transportation Network, Freight Units building, Optimizer Configuration, Order Tendering, Carrier Determination, and Transportation Charge Management
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation project.
