Job Description
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP CRM or SAP CX solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Customer Experience applications.
- Configure business roles, UI components, transaction types, and customer service processes.
- Support customer master data, pricing, and integration with SAP ERP systems.
- Assist with testing, implementation, production support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve customer-facing business processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
- Experience configuring business roles, UI settings, transaction types, or customer service processes.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM integration with SAP ERP systems.
- Understanding of customer master data, sales processes, or pricing integration.
- Experience supporting testing, production support, and implementations.
