Should be able to interact with business users and technical teams and work out solutions. Should be able to analyze business processes and work with SMEs to define business requirements Should be able to handle requirement gathering sessions and work with IT managers, business representatives to facilitate meetings Should be able to study and document existing undocumented systems. Should be able to produce functional specifications Should be able to produce use cases.
