CRM Consultant SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant to support the global implementation, rollout, and continuous enhancement of SAP Sales Cloud Version 2. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Stakeholders, Technical Teams, and Implementation Partners to optimize CRM processes and improve customer engagement across global business operations.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C / SAP CRM, along with a solid understanding of CRM business processes and functional consulting.

Role & responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and support CRM processes including:
• Lead Management
• Opportunity Management
• Account Management
• Contact Management
• Activity Management
• Customer Data Management
• Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, user stories, and solution documents.
• Coordinate Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hypercare activities.
• Work closely with business users, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and implementation partners.
• Support global CRM rollout initiatives and user adoption programs.
• Assist in CRM integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM Consulting or CRM Implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer), or SAP CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, Functional Consulting, Configuration, Testing, UAT, Rollout, and Stakeholder Management.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
