Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the development and implementation of new software applications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM
- Strong understanding of SAP integration with other systems
- Experience in customizing SAP CRM functionalities
- Knowledge of SAP CRM data model
- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM configuration
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP CRM Web UI
