Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Understand clients' real estate needs and provide tailored pre-sales consultation to effectively showcase the unique selling points of our projects.
• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
• Achieve sales operational objectives through approved methods, such as Channel Partner and Direct Sales.
• Build a robust pipeline of Channel partners by exploring new channels for potential clients and contributing strategic insights to marketing and sales plans.
• Enhance product marketability and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market development.
• Conceptualize, plan, and implement engaging sales promotion activities and collaborate with channel partners to develop communication plans aligned with specific sales objectives.
• Ensure all leads and follow-ups are recorded in Strategic ERP and weekly reports & productivity records are shared with the Directors.
• Explore new opportunities in Direct Sales on site.

• Excellent communication skills are required to effectively convey our brand message.
• Outstanding negotiation skills are necessary to close deals successfully.
• A graduate or MBA degree with a strong academic background is preferred.
• Experience in real estate or property sales is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are needed.
