Sales Manager

Looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the UPVC manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing sector, and should be based in Chandigarh.

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Identify and develop channel partners to expand business reach.
• Generate leads and provide product specifications to clients.
• Represent the company with potential clients and attend meetings and forums.
• Handle team responsibilities, make sales strategies, and close deals.

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CRM systems are essential.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to research prospects and generate leads is expected.
• Conveyance: Should have their own bike/car; fuel expenses will be borne by the company as per actual.
