Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in industrial/technical product sales, with a strong background in sales management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate products to customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the Technical Team.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Marketing MBA.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Experience in sales management and leadership is an added advantage.
