We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in capital equipment sales and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
• Provide training and support to sales team members.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
