- Conduct site visits with prospective clients and address queries related to property features, pricing, and legal documentation.
- Handle client dealings from initial inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
- Drive deal closures through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and persuasive communication.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met as per company goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation strategies and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and new real estate projects in the area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high levels of professional integrity and service quality.
- Experience: Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Sound understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and processes.
- Must be target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic tech usage.
- Must be willing to travel for site visits as and when required.
