Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager Digital Sales to lead a large sales channel comprising Team Leaders and Sales Executives. The role involves driving business growth through effective team management, lead distribution, performance monitoring, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large sales team including Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
- Drive recruitment, training, retention, and continuous mentoring of the sales force.
- Ensure effective handling and management of leads within the assigned area.
- Allocate and distribute leads among team members for optimal conversion.
- Monitor and improve daily productivity of Acquisition Managers.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets consistently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Implement performance tracking mechanisms and provide actionable feedback to the team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in handling and managing large sales teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MBA / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of total experience with at least 3 years in team handling / managerial role
