Position: Sales Manager
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Employment Type: Full-time (Individual Contributor)
Reporting To: Sales Director
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

Role & responsibilities

• A Software Sales Role with 3-6 years experience in Selling IT Software, Cloud or DevOps, AI Solutions to enterprise customers
• The position reports to Sales Director and based in Bangalore
• Must have skills and maturity to identify and work with decision makers collaboratively & decisively
• Selling IT Software - DevSecOps & Digital Transformation Solutions Preferred
• Preference to candidates with Prior experience with Products / Solutions from ServiceNow, Salesforce, Atlassian and GitHub,
• Should be able to interface with C Suites and drive large deals
• The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and possess a high degree of problem-solving skills.
• Must be goal oriented and able to achieve & exceed monthly sales goals
• Operating in a rapidly evolving environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations

• Educational background Bachelors degree required
• Strong grasp over English, Kannada and Hindi languages.
