Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers • Drive business expansion through contractors, infrastructure developers, dealers, and project stakeholders • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities • Handle key accounts and negotiate commercial terms with clients • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, order fulfilment, and customer support • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management • Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and industry interactions • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
