Recruiter- Renewable Energy Hiring

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Renewable Energy business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Source, assess, and hire talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche renewable energy roles.
• Manage stakeholder communication, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring for the Renewable Energy industry. The person should have a deep understanding of the renewable talent market and a proven track record of closing positions across Solar, Wind, BESS, Green Hydrogen, EPC, Engineering, Projects, and O&M functions.

Apply only if you have exclusively or predominantly hired for the Renewable Energy sector. Profiles with only IT, general corporate, BFSI, BPO, or non-technical recruitment experience will not be considered.
