Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Build employer branding through various recruitment strategies
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics
• Stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Negotiation and convincing ability

Preferred candidate profile

• candidate to have 4+ years in recruiting. Should have good sourcing talent, stakeholder management, co-ordination, negotiation skills
• Should have completed graduation.
