Dear Candidate,
We have an opening for Area Sales Manager
Job PurposeResponsible for managing the channel in the designated area and developing the business and the team.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Product introduction & launch in channel

Making & submitting business proposals to channel partners

Selection of relevant channel partners.

Responsible for sales of all product categories in assigned region

Support for Maintenance & updation of MIS

Provide full support for data management & back-end operations

Coordinate with commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of channel

Payment followup & collection

Implementation of all BTL activities

Reconciliation of accounts with the channel partners

Conflict resolution & partner management

Updating weekly & monthly reports

Interface with commercial / back-end sales teams for sales related matters / order processing.

Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time

Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection

Collecting competitor information

Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account

Handling capabilties of channel partner s teams

Desired Candidate Profile:1) Candidate should be at least a graduate having minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales of Solar / Energy / Power products. 2) Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like:- UPSInvertorsBatteriesSolar Panels3) Excellent Communication Skills with regional language competency
