Operations Manager (e-commerce)

Essential skills, experience education:Graduate / Post Graduate8+ years of Operations Management experience in e-commerce, FMCG, Pharma, logistics, manufacturing, production or distribution environment.Must be flexible to work any shift.Excel skills required. Computer/ web proficiency.Basic/ working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferredResponsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets.
• Responsible and accountable for first, mid and las-mile operations.
• Play a key managerial role of supporting the operations head with excellence in execution.
• Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Arrange and plan out warehouse, plan routes and process shipments.
• Resolve any issues impacting customer experience.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and SLA targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement data driven improvements.
• Continuously look for improvements to operations.
• Works closely with rest of the organization to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
• Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work areas on regular basis.
